I got a really nice twin room here with comfy beds and even a balcony, for a touch of fresh air. the location was super convenient, and they had free parking available right on the property! 🌟

I had a great stay on a business trip at Emerald Hotel. the room was lovely, modern, and well-appointed with very comfortable beds. Plus, the wake-up service was cool. the location is marvelous, especially being close to the top restaurant.

We were in Pristina during a period of heavy snow, when travelling was difficult. The hotel gave us a very comfortable place to prepare our work.

The hotel doesn't have the advantage of either being close to the town or to the airport - there is a daily shuttle to Pristina, but the time of the morning bus didn't suit us.

We were surprised to find a good selection of fish on the menu despite the city being a long way from the sea. The property was very close to the downstairs restaurant, Pristina, and Kosovo.

It is the best hotel in Pristina. It is very comfortable, clean, new and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room and great bathroom. The restaurant meals were excellent, compliments to the chef with a good range of great wines. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights. the room was fancy and silent with great beds. 3. Safety measures included smoke detectors. 4. the hotel was next to the new private hospitals, the restaurant, and Pristina and the new mall.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the hotel is located in a prime spot close to the capital city of Kosovo.

The value for money at Emerald was excellent and the junior suite we stayed in was fantastic. The location was convenient and just a short taxi ride away from the amazing new mall. The staff at Emerald were very helpful, polite, and treated us like royalty.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by including proper coffee options like macchiatos and espressos.

Great place to stay for exploring the area, I was really impressed by the double room with a unique sparkly ceiling.
